Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Appeal Board
The Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Appeal Board ("the Appeal Board") is a statutory body set up under section 13 of the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459) (the Ordinance) to consider appeals lodged against the decisions of the Director of Social Welfare under sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Ordinance.
