Press Release Government will try its utmost to mediate between bar-bending employers and workers In response to media enquiries, a spokesman for the Labour and Welfare Bureau said today (September 2) that the Secretary for Labour and Welfare Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung and the Labour Department will continue to try their utmost to bring the employers and workers of the bar-bending industry to return to the negotiating table to continue a rational dialogue and resolve the issue.
