Child Custody and Access: Whether to Implement the “Joint Parental Responsibility Model” by Legislative Means

The Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong (LRC) recommended in its Report on Child Custody and Access that the “joint parental responsibility model” should be implemented in Hong Kong by legislative means to replace the existing custody and access arrangements under the family law. The Government would like to invite feedback from members of the public on this recommendation.
