The Labour and Welfare Bureau, Rehabilitation Advisory Committee, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities jointly organised two briefing sessions on the Talent-Wise Employment Charter and Inclusive Organisations Recognition Scheme on 26 and 28 August 2013 respectively. Representatives from major chambers of commerce, employer and management associations, tertiary institutions, major public and statutory bodies as well as utilities and social services organisations attended the briefing sessions.

The major objective of the briefing sessions was to let the organisations better understand the Scheme and to provide an effective platform for employers and their employees with disabilities to share their experience in creating an inclusive workplace.
